Omega-3 oil comes from small, wild fish caught in sustainable fisheries. The fish oil comes from the whole fish, not as a by-product of the fish liver. Fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies are used. Fishing is carried out in accordance with the strictest Norwegian directives and recognised certification" Friend of the Sea ".

The fish that NORSAN uses as raw material is caught by a modern fishing fleet. Vessels stop in port every day to deliver fresh catches. There is usually no more than 4 hours between the catch and the delivery of the fish to production.

Organic olive oil as an antioxidant

There are many studies and scientific articles on Omega-3 fatty acids and their beneficial effects on human health. However, little is said about the particular fragility and susceptibility to oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids compared to saturated fatty acids. Therefore, to protect Omega-3s from oxidation before and during consumption, NORSAN oil contains extra virgin organic olive oil, which is a natural and powerful antioxidant.

The olives are supplied by our olive grower Rafael, who works under organic farming conditions. To ensure a high quality supply of olive oil, we regularly visit Rafael in his olive grove in Spain.

How to use?

The recommended daily dose is 8 ml, equivalent to a dessert spoon.

One bottle contains 200 ml. For normal use, one bottle lasts approximately 25 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless otherwise instructed by your doctor.

Storage conditions

The unopened product should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Precipitation may occur at temperatures below 4 °C. These precipitates will dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. It is recommended to shake the bottle briefly before use. Keep away from small children. Once opened, the bottle should be refrigerated and consumed within 45 days. Food supplements are not a substitute for a complete and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
