Returns

You have the option of returning the goods to us within 14 days of receipt.

Returning and exchanging goods
1.The defects of the goods sold shall be eliminated, defective goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the "Rules of Retail Trade" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11 June 2001, Resolution No. 697.
2. In order to return the item(s), the Buyer must complete a return request form and send it to info@norsan.lt.
3. The Buyer may exercise this right within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to him by informing the Seller in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions.
4.The following conditions must be complied with when returning goods to the Buyer:
4.1. the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition (this does not apply in the case of low-quality goods);
4.2. the Goods must be in good condition and not damaged by the Buyer;
4.3. the goods must be unused and in good condition (this does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods);
4.4. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;
5. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in this Article.
6. The right provided for in Clause 1 of the Rules may be exercised only by the Buyer who, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, shall be recognised as a consumer, i.e. a natural person who seeks to enter into contracts for purposes unrelated to his/her trade, business, trade, craft or profession (consumer purposes).
6.1 The Buyer (consumer) may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Clause 10.1 of the Terms and Conditions where the contract is concluded for:
6.2. perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
6.3. packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
6.4. packaged video or audio recordings or packaged software that have been unpacked after delivery;
6.5. newspapers, magazines, journals or other periodicals;
6.6. participation in games or lotteries; as well as in other cases provided for by the Civil Code, the "Rules of Retail Trade" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No.697 of 11 June 2001 and other legal acts.
7. Goods of inadequate quality or quality goods which the Buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or completeness shall be exchanged or returned in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable laws.

8. In all cases, money for returned goods shall be paid by payment order and only to the payer's bank account.
