Cucumber and salmon snacks with Omega-3

Ingredients:

200 g cream cheese
½ lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon horseradish
4 sprigs of fresh dill (chopped)
pepper
1 tbsp NORSAN Omega-3 Total or Omega-3 Artis oil
1 dark rye bread
½ cucumber
200 g smoked salmon

Preparation:

Stir the lemon juice, mustard, honey and horseradish into the cream cheese.

Finely chop 4 sprigs of fresh dill and add to the cream cheese.

Season to taste with pepper and a little salt.

Then add 1 tbsp of Omega-3 Total or 1 tbsp of Omega-3 Arctic and mix.

Using a glass or cup, cut circles out of black rye bread.

Cut 1/2 cucumber into slices. Then spread the cucumber slices on the black bread rolls.

Spread the prepared spreadable cheese on top.

Cut the salmon into strips, roll into small rosettes and place on the prepared sandwiches.

Put a little dill in each salmon rose and garnish.
