Natural cod liver oil from wild, sustainable fisheries in the Arctic Ocean is used in NORSAN Omega-3 Arctic oil and capsules and Omega-3 FISK oil.<\/p>\n

The fishing zone is located off the Norwegian coast. The Arctic Ocean is the natural habitat of cod. The cold, nutrient-rich waters of the Arctic Ocean provide the cod with an exceptional quality. To keep the catch as fresh as possible, the fishing fleet's vessels return to port every day, and processing of the catch starts within 2 hours of capture, while still on board.<\/p>\n

Omega-3 Arktis capsules - product information <\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"Omega-3 Arktis capsules are made from natural, non-concentrated cod liver oil. As a result, the product contains more than 50 fatty acids found naturally in fish. Our cod liver oil is extracted and purified at low temperatures to preserve the natural fatty acid structure of the fish.<\/p>\n

The difference between natural<\/em> cod liver oil and Concentrated<\/em> is that in concentrated oils, the natural structure of fatty acids is altered by various chemical processes designed to artificially increase the fatty acid concentration. How much and how these processed fatty acids are absorbed by the body is not yet known to scientists. But NORSAN believes that nature knows best what we need, which is why all of our products, whether fish oil or seaweed oil, are natural and unconcentrated, i.e. chemically unprocessed.<\/p>\n

Cod caught for the production of products shall be processed on board the vessel within a maximum of 2 hours of its capture. The oil extracted from them is therefore very fresh and extremely well tolerated. \"The quality of Omega-3 Arktis capsules has been verified by independent laboratories and the best proof of freshness is the absence of unpleasant reflux after consumption.<\/p>\n

The cod liver oil in the Omega-3 Arktis capsules comes from wild and sustainable fisheries. This is the same oil that is of the same name<\/a> in an oily product. The fishery is conducted in accordance with strict Norwegian requirements and is certified by Friend of the Sea and IFOS. The cod liver oil is purified and cleaned of contaminants and PCBs, and the production process is controlled according to strict Norwegian regulations.<\/p>\n

Use of Omega-3 Arktis capsules<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

How to use?<\/h3>\n

2 x 3 capsules per day with or after meals. The daily dose contains 1500 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids with 480 mg of EPA and 720 mg of DHA.<\/p>\n

Does not cause unpleasant reflux<\/h3>\n

The high quality of the raw materials, the freshness and the origin of the cod prevent unpleasant reflux and aftertaste after taking Omega-3 Arktis capsules. The Arctic Ocean is particularly rich in nutrients and low in pollution. Nevertheless, the oil is purified of all pollutants, PCBs and heavy metals.<\/p>\n
