{"id":5634,"date":"2024-01-05T07:56:51","date_gmt":"2024-01-05T07:56:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/norsan.lt\/gurke-lachs-happchen-mit-omega-3\/"},"modified":"2024-07-29T12:56:39","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T12:56:39","slug":"agurku-ir-lasisos-uzkandeles-su-omega-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/norsan.lt\/en\/agurku-ir-lasisos-uzkandeles-su-omega-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Cucumber and salmon snacks with Omega-3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WLHrnsXVaak\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g cream cheese<br>\u00bd lemon juice<br>1 tsp mustard<br>1 teaspoon honey<br>1 teaspoon horseradish<br>4 sprigs of fresh dill (chopped)<br>pepper<br>1 tbsp NORSAN Omega-3 Total or Omega-3 Artis oil<br>1 dark rye bread<br>\u00bd cucumber<br>200 g smoked salmon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir the lemon juice, mustard, honey and horseradish into the cream cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finely chop 4 sprigs of fresh dill and add to the cream cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Season to taste with pepper and a little salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then add 1 tbsp of Omega-3 Total or 1 tbsp of Omega-3 Arctic and mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a glass or cup, cut circles out of black rye bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut 1\/2 cucumber into slices.
