Purchase rules<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

PURCHASING RULES<\/strong>
1. General provisions<\/strong>
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the \"Terms and Conditions\") set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the person purchasing goods from www.norsan.lt (hereinafter referred to as the \"Buyer\") and Norsan Baltic UAB (hereinafter referred to as the \"Seller\") when the Buyer purchases goods from the online shop. By purchasing goods in the online shop, the Buyer agrees to the following
Application of the Rules.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the statutory requirements. The Buyer will be informed of any changes, amendments or additions at the time of logging in to the norsan.lt website and will be required to re-accept the modified Terms and Conditions in order to shop in this online shop.
1.3 The following are entitled to make purchases in our online shop:
1.3.1. able-bodied natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court;
1.3.2. minors between the ages of 14 and 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they are self-reliant;
1.3.3. legal persons;
1.3.4. authorised representatives of all the above.
1.4 By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer confirms that, in accordance with Clause 1.4 of the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer is entitled to purchase goods from the norsan.lt online shop.

2. Protection of personal data<\/strong>
2.1 The Buyer may order goods from the online store norsan.lt without registering on this website.
2.2.When ordering goods, the Buyer shall indicate in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller the personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.3.If the Buyer agrees, his\/her personal data referred to in point 2.2 may be processed in the norsan.lt e-shop for direct marketing purposes. The Buyer has the option to opt in or out of receiving newsletters and special offers during registration.\u00a0
2.4 By consenting to the processing of his\/her personal data for the purpose of the sale of goods and services in the Seller's online shop, the Buyer also consents to the sending of information messages to the e-mail address and telephone number he\/she has provided, which are necessary for the execution of the order of goods.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Seller's partners providing delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.6.The Buyer's identity document and the Buyer's data contained therein submitted to an employee of the Seller or Lietuvos Pasts shall be used only for proper identification of the Buyer.

3. The moment of conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement<\/strong>
3.1 The Contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Buyer, having selected the product(s) to be purchased and having created a shopping cart, clicks on the \"Checkout\" link.

4. Buyer's rights<\/strong>
4.1 The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the norsan.lt online shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2.The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods concluded with norsan.lt online store by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the product to be returned, its order number and the reason for the return) no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the item.
4.3 The Buyer's right provided for in Clause 4.2 of the Rules shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Approval of the Rules of the Retail Trade (11 June 2001, No. 697, 2014 edition).
4.4 The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in Clause 4.2 only if the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance and have not been used.

5. Duties of the Buyer<\/strong>
5.1 The Buyer shall pay the price of the Goods and their delivery, as well as any other payments (if any, specified at the time of the conclusion of the Contract), and shall take delivery of the Goods ordered. The Buyer shall pay for the Goods via PayPal or Stripe.
5.2 If the details provided in the Buyer's registration form change, the Buyer must update them without delay.
5.3.When using norsan.lt online shop, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions, other terms and conditions expressly stated in the online shop, and not to violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Seller's rights<\/strong>
6.1 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online shop or violates his\/her obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the online shop or, in exceptional cases, to cancel the Buyer's registration, immediately and without warning.
6.2 In serious circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
6.4 The Seller shall have the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice to the Buyer if the Buyer, having chosen the method of payment provided for in Clause 8.2.1 of the Terms and Conditions, fails to pay for the Goods within 3 (three) calendar days.

7. Obligations of the Seller<\/strong>
7.1 The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the online shop norsan.lt under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the online shop.
7.2 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of his\/her personal information, i.e. to process the personal data specified by the Buyer only in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 2 of the Rules and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3 The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Section 9 of the Conditions.
7.4 If the Seller, due to important circumstances, is unable to deliver the goods ordered to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days, if prepayment has been made.
7.5. if the Buyer has exercised the right provided for in Clause 4.2 of the Terms and Conditions and under the condition provided for in Clause 4.4 of the Terms and Conditions, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

8. Prices, payment procedures and terms<\/strong>
8.1 The prices of the goods in the online shop and in the order form shall be quoted in euros.
8.2 The Buyer shall pay for the Goods using:
8.2.1. by electronic banking through Stripe or PayPal or by the methods specified in those systems;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Atsiskaitymas<\/strong>
9.1. Atsiskaityti galima naudojantis Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele ir \u0160iauli\u0173 bankas elektronin\u0117s bankininkyst\u0117s paslaugomis.
9.2 Atsiskaitymai galimi euro valiuta.
9.2. Mok\u0117jimai apdorojami naudojantis\u00a0MakeCommerce.lt<\/a> mok\u0117jim\u0173 platforma.

10. Preki\u0173 pristatymas<\/strong>
10.1. Preki\u0173 pristatymas Pirk\u0117jui:
10.2.Prek\u0117s pristatomos \u012f nurodyt\u0105 siunt\u0173 terminal\u0105:
10.2.1. Pirk\u0117jas, \u012fsipareigoja nurodyti siunt\u0173 terminal\u0105, \u012f kur\u012f pageidauja gauti prekes.
10.2.2. Siunt\u0173 terminale siunta laikoma siunt\u0173 tiek\u0117jo nurodyt\u0105 laikotarp\u012f. Pasibaigus laikotarpiui, siunta gr\u0105\u017einama siunt\u0117jui.
10.3. Preki\u0173 pristatymas Pirk\u0117jo nurodytu adresu:
10.3.1. Pirk\u0117jas, u\u017esakymo metu pasirink\u0119s preki\u0173 pristatymo paslaug\u0105, \u012fsipareigoja nurodyti tiksli\u0105 preki\u0173 pristatymo viet\u0105.
10.3.2. Pirk\u0117jas \u012fsipareigoja prekes priimti pats. Tuo atveju, kai jis preki\u0173 pats priimti negali, o prek\u0117s pristatytos nurodytu adresu ir remiantis kitais Pirk\u0117jo pateiktais duomenimis, Pirk\u0117jas neturi teis\u0117s reik\u0161ti Pardav\u0117jui pretenzij\u0173 d\u0117l preki\u0173 pristatymo netinkamam subjektui.
10.3.3. Prekes pristato Pardav\u0117jas arba jo \u012fgaliotas atstovas.
10.4. Preki\u0173 pristatymo (transportavimo) mokestis skai\u010diuojamas atsi\u017evelgiant \u012f u\u017esakymo sum\u0105.\u00a0
10.5. Pirk\u0117jas sutinka, jog i\u0161imtiniais atvejais preki\u0173 pateikimas gali v\u0117luoti d\u0117l nenumatyt\u0173, nuo Pardav\u0117jo nepriklausan\u010di\u0173 aplinkybi\u0173. Tokiu atveju Pardav\u0117jas \u012fsipareigoja nedelsiant susisiekti su Pirk\u0117ju ir suderinti preki\u0173 pateikimo s\u0105lygas arba apie tai i\u0161 anksto informuoti norsan.lt puslapyje.
10.6. Visais atvejais Pardav\u0117jas atleid\u017eiamas nuo atsakomyb\u0117s u\u017e preki\u0173 pateikimo termin\u0173 pa\u017eeidim\u0105, jeigu prek\u0117s Pirk\u0117jui n\u0117ra pateikiamos arba pateikiamos ne laiku d\u0117l Pirk\u0117jo kalt\u0117s arba d\u0117l nuo Pirk\u0117jo priklausan\u010di\u0173 aplinkybi\u0173.
10.7. Jei Pirk\u0117jas neatsiima prek\u0117s per siunt\u0173 tiek\u0117jo nurodyt\u0105 laik\u0105, pirk\u0117jas turi padengti gr\u0105\u017einimo ir pakartotino siuntimo i\u0161laidas Pardav\u0117jui, jei nori gauti prek\u0119.

11. Preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimas ir keitimas<\/strong>
11.1.Parduot\u0173 preki\u0173 tr\u016bkumai \u0161alinami, nekokybi\u0161kos prek\u0117s kei\u010diamos, gr\u0105\u017einamos vadovaujantis 2001 m. bir\u017eelio 11 d. Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausyb\u0117s nutarimu Nr. 697 patvirtintomis \u201eMa\u017emenin\u0117s prekybos taisykl\u0117mis\u201c.
11.2. Nor\u0117damas gr\u0105\u017einti prek\u0119(es) Pirk\u0117jas turi u\u017epildyti preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimo pra\u0161ym\u0105 ir j\u012f atsi\u0173sti el. pa\u0161tu info@norsan.lt.
11.3. 10.1 punkte numatyta teise Pirk\u0117jas gali pasinaudoti per 14 (keturiolika) kalendorini\u0173 dien\u0173 nuo preki\u0173 pristatymo jam dienos, informuodamas apie tai Pardav\u0117j\u0105 10.2. Taisykli\u0173 punkte numatyta tvarka.
11.4.Pirk\u0117jui gr\u0105\u017einant prekes, b\u016btina laikytis \u0161i\u0173 s\u0105lyg\u0173:
11.4.1. gr\u0105\u017einama prek\u0117 turi b\u016bti originalioje tvarkingoje pakuot\u0117je (\u0161is punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai gr\u0105\u017einama nekokybi\u0161ka prek\u0117);
11.4.2. prek\u0117 turi b\u016bti Pirk\u0117jo nesugadinta;
11.4.3. prek\u0117 turi b\u016bti nenaudota, nepraradusi prekin\u0117s i\u0161vaizdos (\u0161is punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai gr\u0105\u017einama nekokybi\u0161ka prek\u0117);
11.4.4. gr\u0105\u017einama prek\u0117 turi b\u016bti tos pa\u010dios komplektacijos, kokios buvo Pirk\u0117jo gauta;
11.5. Pardav\u0117jas turi teis\u0119 nepriimti Pirk\u0117jo gr\u0105\u017einam\u0173 preki\u0173, jei Pirk\u0117jas nesilaiko \u0161iame straipsnyje nustatytos preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimo tvarkos.
11.6. Taisykli\u0173 11.1 punkte numatyta teise gali pasinaudoti tik Pirk\u0117jas, kuris pagal LR Vartotoj\u0173 teisi\u0173 apsaugos \u012fstatymo nuostatas pripa\u017eintinas vartotoju, t. y. fizinis asmuo, su savo verslu, prekyba, amatu ar profesija nesusijusiais tikslais (vartojimo tikslais) siekiantis sudaryti ar sudarantis sutartis.
11.6.1. \u00a0 Pirk\u0117jas (vartotojas) negali pasinaudoti Taisykli\u0173 10.1 punkte numatyta teise atsisakyti sutarties, kai sutartis sudaryta d\u0117l:
11.6.2.\u00a0 greitai gendan\u010di\u0173 preki\u0173 ar preki\u0173, kuri\u0173 galiojimo laikas yra trumpas;
11.6.3. \u00a0 supakuot\u0173 preki\u0173, kurios buvo i\u0161pakuotos po pristatymo ir kurios yra netinkamos gr\u0105\u017einti d\u0117l sveikatos apsaugos ar higienos prie\u017eas\u010di\u0173;
11.6.4. supakuot\u0173 vaizdo ar garso \u012fra\u0161\u0173 arba supakuotos programin\u0117s \u012frangos, kurie buvo i\u0161pakuoti po pristatymo;
11.6.5. laikra\u0161\u010di\u0173, \u017eurnal\u0173 ar kit\u0173 periodini\u0173 leidini\u0173;
11.6.6.\u00a0 dalyvavimo \u017eaidimuose ar loterijose; taip pat kitais Civilinio kodekso, 2001 m. bir\u017eelio 11 d. Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausyb\u0117s nutarimu Nr. 697 patvirtint\u0173 \u201eMa\u017emenin\u0117s prekybos taisykli\u0173\u201c bei kit\u0173 teis\u0117s akt\u0173 nustatytais atvejais.
11.7. \u00a0 Netinkamos kokyb\u0117s prek\u0117s ar kokybi\u0161kos prek\u0117s, kuri\u0173 Pirk\u0117jui nepatinka forma, dydis, spalva, modelis ar komplekti\u0161kumas, kei\u010diamos ar gr\u0105\u017einamos vadovaujantis 2001 m. bir\u017eelio 11 d. Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausyb\u0117s nutarimu Nr. 697 patvirtintomis Ma\u017emenin\u0117s prekybos taisykl\u0117mis, Lietuvos Respublikos civiliniu kodeksu ir kitais galiojan\u010diais
Laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.8. Pinigai u\u017e gr\u0105\u017eintas prekes visais atvejais pervedami mok\u0117jimo pavedimu ir tik \u012f mok\u0117tojo banko s\u0105skait\u0105.
11.9. Pinigai u\u017e panaudotus ir nepanaudotus dovan\u0173 kuponus n\u0117ra gr\u0105\u017einami ar kei\u010diami \u012f grynus pinigus.

12. Preki\u0173 kokyb\u0117s garantija<\/strong>
12.1. Prek\u0117ms galioja j\u0173 gamintojo suteikta kokyb\u0117s garantija ir (ar) tinkamumo naudoti terminas, kuri\u0173 konkretus terminas (trukm\u0117) ir (ar) kitos s\u0105lygos, \u012fskaitant s\u0105lygas garantijos netaikymui, nurodomos toki\u0173 Preki\u0173 apra\u0161ymuose, ant Prek\u0117s pakuot\u0117s ir (arba) kartu su Prek\u0117mis pateikiamose garantin\u0117se knygel\u0117se. Jeigu tam tikroms Preki\u0173 r\u016b\u0161ims gamintojo kokyb\u0117s garantija n\u0117ra suteikta, tokioms Prek\u0117ms galioja dviej\u0173 met\u0173 garantija pagal \u012fstatym\u0105 ir gamintojo komercin\u0117 garantija, kuri nepriboja ir nevar\u017eo Pirk\u0117j\u0173 teisi\u0173, kurias \u012fsigijus netinkamos kokyb\u0117s prek\u0119 Pirk\u0117jams nustato LR CK.
12.2. Pirk\u0117jas, \u012fsigij\u0119s netinkamos kokyb\u0117s Prek\u0119 savo pasirinkimu turi teis\u0119:
12.2.1. reikalauti i\u0161 Pardav\u0117jo nemokamai pa\u0161alinti Prek\u0117s tr\u016bkumus; arba
12.2.2. reikalauti i\u0161 Pardav\u0117jo nemokamai pakeisti netinkamos kokyb\u0117s Prek\u0119 tinkamos kokyb\u0117s Preke; arba
12.2.3. reikalauti i\u0161 Pardav\u0117jo atitinkamai suma\u017einti Prek\u0117s kain\u0105; arba
12.2.4. viena\u0161ali\u0161kai nutraukti Sutart\u012f ir pareikalauti sugr\u0105\u017einti sumok\u0117t\u0105 Prek\u0117s kain\u0105.
12.3. Pirk\u0117jas supranta, kad Tinklapyje pavaizduot\u0173 Preki\u0173 spalva, forma ir (ar) kiti parametrai gali neatitikti reali\u0173 Prek\u0117s form\u0173, spalvos ir (ar) kit\u0173 parametr\u0173 d\u0117l Pirk\u0117jo naudojamo \u012frenginio technini\u0173 savybi\u0173. D\u0117l to, tuo atveju, jeigu Jums reik\u0117t\u0173 i\u0161samesn\u0117s informacijos, patarimo ar nurodym\u0173 d\u0117l m\u016bs\u0173 Preki\u0173, pra\u0161ome kreiptis tiesiogiai \u012f Pardav\u0117j\u0105 el. pa\u0161tu

13. Atsakomyb\u0117<\/strong>
13.1. Pirk\u0117jas yra visi\u0161kai atsakingas u\u017e jo pateikiam\u0173 asmens duomen\u0173 teisingum\u0105. Jei Pirk\u0117jas nepateikia tiksli\u0173 asmens duomen\u0173, Pardav\u0117jas neatsako u\u017e d\u0117l to atsiradusius padarinius ir \u012fgyja teis\u0119 reikalauti i\u0161 Pirk\u0117jo patirt\u0173 tiesiogini\u0173 nuostoli\u0173 atlyginimo.
13.2. Pirk\u0117jas atsako u\u017e veiksmus, atliktus naudojantis \u0161ia internetine parduotuve.
13.3. Pardav\u0117jas atleid\u017eiamas nuo bet kokios atsakomyb\u0117s tais atvejais, kai nuostoliai kyla d\u0117l to, jog Pirk\u0117jas, neatsi\u017evelgdamas \u012f Pardav\u0117jo rekomendacijas ir savo \u012fsipareigojimus, nesusipa\u017eino su \u0161iomis Taisykl\u0117mis, nors tokia galimyb\u0117 jam buvo suteikta.
13.4. Atsiradus \u017ealai, kaltoji \u0161alis atlygina kitai \u0161aliai tiesioginius nuostolius.
13.5. Pardav\u0117jas neatsako d\u0117l Pirk\u0117jo ir Pardav\u0117jo partneri\u0173, kuri\u0173 paslaugas Pirk\u0117jas u\u017esako, tinkamo tarpusavio \u012fsipareigojim\u0173 vykdymo.

14. Pardav\u0117jo taikomos rinkodaros priemon\u0117s<\/strong>
14.1. Pardav\u0117jas savo nuo\u017ei\u016bra gali inicijuoti internetin\u0117je parduotuv\u0117je norsan.lt \u012fvairias akcijas.
14.2. Pardav\u0117jas pasilieka teis\u0119, savo nuo\u017ei\u016bra, bet kuriuo metu \u012fvesti ir (ar) at\u0161aukti pasi\u016blymus, akcijas arba keisti Preki\u0173 kainas, nepa\u017eeid\u017eiant Kliento teisi\u0173, \u012fskaitant Sutarties s\u0105lyg\u0173.
14.3. Nuolaidos nesumuojamos.

16. Slapuk\u0173 naudojimas<\/strong>
\u00a016.1. Nor\u0117damas Pirk\u0117jui ar Elektronin\u0117s parduotuv\u0117s lankytojui pasi\u016blyti visavertes Elektronin\u0117je parduotuv\u0117je si\u016blomas paslaugas, Elektronin\u0117je parduotuv\u0117je Administratorius naudoja sisteminius slapukus (angl. cookies). Slapukai naudojami siekiant atpa\u017einti ankstesn\u012f Elektronin\u0117s parduotuv\u0117s lankytoj\u0105, nustatyti Elektronin\u0117s parduotuv\u0117s puslapio kalb\u0105, identifikuoti vartotojo sesij\u0105, sesijos rakt\u0105, taip pat siekiant identifikuoti ir i\u0161taisyti Elektronin\u0117je parduotuv\u0117je esan\u010dias klaidas.\u00a0

17. Baigiamosios nuostatos<\/strong>
17.1. \u0160ios taisykl\u0117s sudarytos vadovaujantis LR teis\u0117s aktais.
17.2. \u0160i\u0173 taisykli\u0173 pagrindu kylantiems santykiams taikoma LR teis\u0117
17.3. Visi nesutarimai, kil\u0119 d\u0117l \u0161i\u0173 taisykli\u0173 vykdymo, sprend\u017eiami deryb\u0173 b\u016bdu. Nepavykus susitarti, gin\u010dai sprend\u017eiami LR \u012fstatym\u0173 nustatyta tvarka.
17.4. Pirk\u0117jas ir Pardav\u0117jas susitaria, kad visi su Sutartimi susij\u0119 ar d\u0117l jos vykdymo, pa\u017eeidimo, nutraukimo ar negaliojimo kil\u0119 gin\u010dai, pretenzijos ir (ar) nesutarimai sprend\u017eiami deryb\u0173 keliu. Jeigu susitarimo nepavyksta pasiekti derybomis, gin\u010dai yra sprend\u017eiami Lietuvos Respublikos teis\u0117s akt\u0173 nustatyta tvarka, kaip nurodyta Tinklapio naudojimo tvarkoje.
17.5. Tuo atveju, jei Pirk\u0117jas nesutinka su Pardav\u0117jo parengtu atsakymu \u012f Pirk\u0117jo ra\u0161ytin\u0119 pretenzij\u0105, savo pra\u0161ym\u0105\/skund\u0105 d\u0117l norsan.lt \u012fsigytos prek\u0117s Pirk\u0117jas gali pateikti Valstybinei vartotoj\u0173 teisi\u0173 apsaugos tarnybai (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, el.p. tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 8 5 262 67 51, faks. (8 5) 279 1466, interneto svetain\u0117je www.vvtat.lt (taip pat Valstybin\u0117s vartotoj\u0173 teisi\u0173 apsaugos tarnybos teritoriniams padaliniams apskrityse) \u2013 ar u\u017epildyti pra\u0161ymo form\u0105 EGS platformoje https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/odr\/.
17.6. Pardav\u0117jas turi teis\u0119 pakeisti, pakoreguoti ar papildyti Preki\u0173 pirkimo- pardavimo taisykles Tinklapio naudojimo tvarkoje numatytu b\u016bdu, tod\u0117l Pirk\u0117jui teikiant Preki\u0173 u\u017esakym\u0105, bus taikomos Preki\u0173 pirkimo-pardavimo taisykl\u0117s, galiojan\u010dios Preki\u0173 u\u017esakymo pateikimo metu.
